45 minutes to discuss your health and fitness goals.
During this consultation we will discuss a plan of action
to attain short and long-term goals. The key is
accountability, motivation and creating a plan
that is enjoyable. Together we will create a
realistic healthy lifestyle.
This includes the following options:
Show you how food affects your mind, body, mood & energy.
We'll Teach you how to make healthier choices in any situation.
We give you options & food lists to make eating healthy easy.
We show you how & when to pair foods together to lose weight
We provide you with a daily meal plan, developed from your personal food choices.
We teach you how to eat the perfect nutrition for your goals.
We teach you how to lose weight with a custom lifestyle plan rather than a diet.
HypeBody Fitness offers one-on-one Personal Training
and Nutritional counseling. Each program will be catered
to your individual needs and specific goals.
Initial training includes assessment, measurements
and workout in a non threatening environment set
at your own pace. Following sessions are one hour,
and include a workout, strength training, cardio
and stretching regiment.
HypeBody Monthly Workout Plan:
You will have an exact plan of what you will do at every
trip to the gym. This will teach you to train for your goals.
We will work together to ensure you are well on your
way to reaching your goals and living a healthy lifestyle
on your own. You'll have access to all of the support
and tools you'll need to succeed, including video
glossaries so you never have to guess how to preform
a certain exercise.
Personal Check In Calls
The monthly plan includes scheduled personal check in
calls and access to me for any training or goal setting
questions you may have. This is critical to your success,
not only does it add the accountability but it will help me
to guide you and asses your progress.
For Faster results, I suggest combining the The monthly
plan with weekly or bi-weekly training sessions.
